Daffodils are everywhere! So glad to see these early signs of spring. My last post was an update during our February snow and bitter cold event. Why Not Check In Today?
Just checking in with this post. I have nothing useful, reminiscent, or crazy that I am able to share right now. Not really inclined to do another book recommendation, although I have been reading a lot. I haven’t really gone anywhere or done anything that is out of the routine. Still have my sweet grandson a couple of days a week, and he keeps me sane and breaks up the routine of every other day that I do not see him. So, I thought, why not just write a “check-in” post? First Novel of the Year Recommendation
The first novel I read for 2021 is Where the Crawdads Sing. When I post about books, I am not really giving a review of the books (that is much more involved). I am just sharing my reading experience with you and my overall thoughts on the book.
